By using chrisbuckholts.com or booking a tattoo with Chris Buckholts, you agree to these terms.

Age

You must be 18 or older with a valid government photo ID to be tattooed. No exceptions.

Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book. Larger projects may require more. Deposits go toward the final price of your tattoo.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please give at least 24 to 48 hours notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may lose the deposit.

Pricing

Quotes given before your session are estimates. Final price depends on size, detail, placement and time.

Custom artwork

All designs drawn by Chris remain his artwork. Your deposit pays for a tattoo, not the drawing itself, and designs aren't released for use by other artists.

Health and consent

Tell me about any medical conditions, allergies, medications or pregnancy before your session. You'll sign a consent form at the shop. I can refuse or stop any session if I think it's unsafe.

Photos

I may photograph finished work for my portfolio and social media unless you ask me not to.
