What I collect
When you fill out the contact form, I get whatever you send: your name, email, tattoo idea, placement, reference photos and preferred dates. When you visit the site, Squarespace (the platform this site runs on) automatically collects basic info like your browser, device, general location and the pages you visit, using cookies.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, plan your tattoo, schedule appointments, and understand how people use the site. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else sees it
Squarespace hosts the site and stores form submissions. The Instagram feed on the site is provided by Instagram (Meta), which may set its own cookies. I may share information if required by law.
Photos of your tattoo
I may post photos of tattoos I've done on this site and on social media. If you don't want your tattoo shared, tell me and I won't post it. If it's already up and you want it taken down, reach out through the contact form and I'll remove it.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
How long I keep it
Form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up work. Ask and I'll delete them.
Your choices
Use the contact form to ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have on you.
Kids
This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
